    After using Millie Moon size 2 diapers for a few days, our 7month old daughter developed horrific chemical burns across her whole lower area. The burns were blistered, pustulating, and extremely painful. Through medical care and changing diaper brands, we were able to resolve her skin over 7-10 days.

    After usage of Millie Moon Luxury Diapers from July of 2025 to December of 2025 sizes 2-4 my son developed chemical burns on his bottom and genitalia after discontinuing usage we were gifted Millie Moon Overnight diapers in may of 2026 and decided to try the companies diapers once again. My son once again developed what appeared again to be chemical burns. It is my understanding that I am only one of thousands of consumers who have had the same experience. I have attached a cropped photo of the rash. This company is unsafe for children and should be further investigated about ingredients in their products.

    My 12 month old baby girl developed chemical burns on her genitalia after using the new Millie Moon Diapers AND Wipes. I have been using Millie Moon Diapers since she was born and have had no problem except for the last month after we bought a new box of size 4 Millie Moon Diapers and a whole box of Millie Moon Wipes. She has never suffered bad from any kind of diaper rash until I put her in the diapers from the new box and started using the wipes. We had always used [REDACTED] wipes and had no issues so we thought to try the same brand wipes for the MM. My baby then had developed terrible rashes that have not gone away with any kind of prevention and consistent fussiness and pain in changing diapers every time, waking up a night from pain, and the rash was furiously red with massive dots with white centers aka chemical burns in which I did not know until doing research what the difference between normal diaper rash and chemical burn was. I just bought a different brand of diapers and wipes and the burns are already calming down.

    Newborn baby experienced severe chemical burns using Millie Moon diapers. Rash and irritation was so severe that it was bleeding and oozing. We had to take our two week old baby to urgent care to be evaluated, where he was put on a prescription cream. The rash persisted despite the cream, however, it immediately healed later once diapers were switched to a new brand.

    I have been using Mille Moon diapers since February of 2026. They have been great until recently when I opened a new box back in April. My daughter (7 months) had been getting rashes on and off the last month before finally culminating in a chemical burn on her labia that has taken days to heal. I did a quick search and Millie Moon has changed their formula and I am not the only one having issues with this.

    Our 8-month-old suddenly started showing severe rashes after using a new pack of diapers size 3. Symptoms include bright red skin, raised welts, skin peeling, and open wounds. Normal diaper rash cream did not help. And it only got worse. We were even changing the diaper every hour regardless of pee or poop. Kid barely slept through the night.

    My daughter is 5 weeks old and has been using these diapers. Before purchasing them, I researched the product and found that they were advertised as hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and chlorine-free. She did very well in the newborn size, but once she outgrew them, we switched to size 1. Shortly after the switch, she developed significant redness that appeared very uncomfortable. I initially thought it was simple irritation and tried treating it, but the redness persisted. She later developed a rash, which required a visit to the doctor and was treated successfully. However, the redness in her diaper area never fully resolved. On 5/30/2026, I noticed that her skin had become extremely red and had developed blisters. I immediately stopped using the diapers and purchased a different brand.

    We purchased Millie Moon Size 5 diapers from Target in Wynnewood, PA in late May 2026. Within approximately two days of use, our toddler son developed what appeared to be a severe diaper rash resembling a chemical burn in the diaper area. The rash later progressed into raised bumps and significant skin irritation. I have been describing this as a chemical burn to my husband.

    The diapers were being used normally for everyday wear for two years. Our son had not previously experienced a rash of this severity. We immediately stopped using the product after becoming concerned that the diapers may have caused or contributed to the reaction.

    We attempted treatment with frequent diaper changes, Aquaphor, and multiple diaper rash creams, but the rash did not improve. After about a week, we ultimately needed to use a strong corticosteroid medication to help alleviate the inflammation and irritation.

    Due to the sensitive nature of the affected area and because our child is a toddler, we did not take photographs. However, we remain extremely concerned about the severity and sudden onset of the reaction after beginning use of this product.

    Recent boxes of millie moon size 4 diapers ive been using on my son born [REDACTED] have been giving him a pretty severe rash causing extreme blistering and peeling skin in his genital area. Also noticing skin discoloration/loss of pigment as my son is mixed with African American. After talking in my mom group we’ve come to realize this is happening with many of our children recently. The diapers are white in color with small designs that appear to be a sloth and a moon that are light brown and grey/black in color. The box was sealed upon receipt and had not been tampered with in any way.

    On 5/21/26 at approximately 1600 hours, my daughter began being very irritable and screaming which is unlike her. At a routine diaper change, we had noticed that the inner part of her thighs appeared to be broken out with small welt like bumps and redness where th diaper contacts her legs. We made sure she was completely dry and placed a new diaper on her. About two hours later at another diaper change time, she began screaming violently, arching her back, unable to be calmed and seemed to be in extreme pain. As we began changing the diaper and removed the previous one, her vaginal area was irritated to the point of nearly bleeding. Welts were even more present and appeared more like blisters or a burn. Her vaginal area was also swollen. She winced with every extremely gentle movement as we attempted to sooth her any way we could. The Millie moon diapers were a size 4, and came in a pack of 66. The diapers were gifted to us by a fellow K9 handler colleague at work after we had a recent vehicle theft that resulted in the loss of nearly all of our baby care items. We had just began to use them this morning.

I had spent the last of the money I had last week to buy her the right fitting diapers and now I have to change her diaper brand and how am I supposed to do that because I highly doubt I will get a refund for the diapers that I bought.. most parents are struggling enough as it is and now we are forced to buy a new diaper brand because millie moon is selfish and changed their formula without informing the public like come on there is a good majority of kids who have allergies and these are supposed to be luxury diapers that are organic or whatever hyperalogenic, basically and now my 5 month old has a chemical burn. this is absolutely unacceptable, and there needs to be consequences. no more babies need to suffer because millie moon is selfish and wants to make more money for cheaper quality diapers..

    My baby Girl ( 10 months old ) had several chemical burn from Millie Moon diapers. She was in an extremely pain, discomfort and visible stress. And with 0 explanations for something else, like, just some rash for poop & etc, and that is something that we can notice the difference between! We try creams, baths & etc. We end up seeing people talking about that and immediately we change de diaper

    My daughter currently 4 months old, 3 months at the time of the accident got a chemical burn from millie moon diapers. I didn’t pay attention at first as ive stocked up on a lot of diapers being highly recommended. She didn’t have any issues with newborn or size 1 diapers. When we sized up to size 2 diapers looked different but I thought nothing of it at first. The she got the butt rash that was getting worst everyday no matter what I do. It took 2 weeks to heal after I stopped using millie moon. Now I am stuck with diapers I cannot return as it’s over 90 days return policy Target has and cannot sell as I cannot wish this to happen to another child and another mother.

    My 18-month-old son developed a severe and progressive contact dermatitis rash after using Millie Moon brand disposable diapers for the first time over approximately two days (Thursday evening through Saturday afternoon). The diapers were used as standard disposable diapers in the normal manner. Beginning on the second day of use, my son developed a spreading red rash along the diaper leg band contact points on the backs of both thighs, which progressively spread to the backs of both knees. He also developed raw, irritated and blistering skin on his buttocks in the diaper area. This appears to be a contact dermatitis reaction to materials used in the Millie Moon diaper, possibly the elastic leg bands or other diaper components, causing skin irritation and injury to my young toddler. Given the sensitivity of the area of the injury, I will only be providing images of the leg area

    My six month old began to have really awful diaper rash. Did not contribute to the diapers, and continue to using in addition to applying clean diaper rash cream products to help. Over the span of two days, the rash became worse, causing deep, red rash all over her bottom, some of the rash became wilted and raw to touch. It was after realizing I switch from another clean diaper product this one that maybe it was the diaper, causing the rush. After just one day of no longer using the Millie moon diapers, my babies rash began to clear. However, the rash was so deep its still healing, even after a week and a half of changing diapers. It was sad to see such an awful rash her that couldve easily been avoided.

    I have been using Millie Moon diapers for my 4 month old for months and have loved them. On Friday morning about 9am I noticed she started to get a bit of a rash, I loaded up on diaper cream for every change after that but it was NOT helping. Within a couple hours her butt was inflamed, peeling and hot to the touch. Later on Friday night by the grace of God I saw another mom post on [REDACTED] this had happened with her daughter and she could not figure out what it was. Until later on learning the million diaper box she just bought had a bright pink sticker saying New modular, her post had mentioned to looked into it and 10 other people had experienced this same thing after buying a box with the pink sticker. I immediately went to look at the box I had just purchased and without a doubt that pink new modular sticker was on it. I immediately took the diaper off and switched to [REDACTED]. After her removing the diaper immediately as well off her daughter and using a different brand she said her baby finally got relief. From what Ive looked into Millie moon has changed an ingredient or changed something in their diapers causing chemical burns. I took my daughter to her pediatric doctor and we were treated for CHEMICAL BURNS. On my poor 4 month old.. as of Sunday 5-17-26 she still has terrible blisters after stopping use Friday night 5-15-26. But we are finally getting some relief. This was absolutely terrible and BURNED MY BABY.

    Purchased size 2 Millie Moon 96 count diapers from Target. Have used product before with no issues. The first sleeve of diapers was used with no issue. The second sleeve of diapers had strong chemical odor. Several were used on 7 week old baby. Within hours of using the diapers the babies rear end broke out in blistered rash. Discontinued use of diapers and switched brands. Applied prescribed bum ointment to affected area. Since switching brands blistered bum has not occurred again.

    Since birth my daughter has worn Millie moon diapers. We have never had an issue before. She is now almost 8 months old and after purchasing a new box of size 3 diapers she developed an awful chemical burn on her entire bottom which resulted in raw bleeding spots. After taking her to the dr they told us to switch diapers. Within 24 hours of switching it already looks so much better.
