We have been using Millie Moon diapers since my daughter was born. This recent box we noticed there was a change and the design went past the logo. Within a few hours of my daughter wearing this diaper she developed a bright red and painful rash in the areas the diaper touched. There was no other changes that could have caused this besides the diaper. We switched brands and the rash has not reoccurred.

My son has used Millie Moon diapers for the last 18 months and until recently we never had a problem. The last batch of diapers we got caused a severe rash. We went to the pediatrician multiple times trying to get the rash resolved. They treated it as a yeast infection but when that didnt work they treated it like a combination yeast/bacterial infection. 3 trips to the pediatrician cost us $200 plus the cost of all the different ointments we are probably out $250 total but the rash finally resolved when we switched to [REDACTED] instead.

I recently bought Millie Moon diapers for the first time since the store was out of our regular Huggies that we usually buy. We atarted using them on my 4 month old daughter on October 13th. She has never struggled with any diaper rash prior to this. As soon as we started putting her in Millie moon diapers, her entire bottom and front turned bright red and got open sores that look like burns.

Our one month old has been suffering from chemical burns from Millie Moon diapers for three weeks now. Weve gone to our pediatrician two times now. We previously used Millie Moons with our two and a half year old and never had issues. We used newborn Millie Moon diapers purchased from Target and these diapers have caused the awful burns. Weve tried numerous diaper creams, diaper free time, prescription Mupericin & OTC creams and the burns still have yet to resolve. Our baby screams and cries with every diaper change.

Using Millie Moon size 1 diapers, went in 3 days before for diaper rash, was treating with antifungal and diaper rash creme, after a week, still no improvement. Upon further investigation, my newborn had a chemical rash. Immediately stopped using Millie Moon diaper ls and rash began to clear up within 12 hours. Chemical burn is now cleared up but has left discoloration on babies bottom.

My 1 month old daughter developed a severe rash on her bottom that was weeping clear fluid after using Millie Moon diapers. There were large red patches on each cheek of her bottom with small raised bumps. After switching to another brand ([REDACTED]) the rash went away and has not returned. Thinking it was a simple diaper rash, we tried Millie Moon again, and after a day some red patches began to appear again, causing us to immediately stop using them.

We bought and used Millie Moon diapers on our child. We changed her regularly but noticed that she was getting what looked like a diaper rash. We continued putting on rash cream but it kept getting worse. The area started welting up and blistered. We stopped using the diaper brand and noticed that the rash started going down. We used other diapers in the mean time, which seemed to help. We then tried to buy another pack of Millie moon diapers to try again (we used them for the previous year and an half with no issues). The rash came back after another few days of use.

We started using Millie Moon diapers on 10/5/26 for our 2 month old son. He started developing a rash yesterday (10/7/26). Over night it became much worse, his entire groin/buttocks became very red and appeared more like a chemical burn than a typical diaper rash. It did not respond to the diaper creams ([REDACTED] and [REDACTED]) so that plus the size of the rash (very large and appeared quickly) has led me to believe this is NOT a standard diaper rash and actually more like a chemical burn.

Started buying Millie moon size 4 diapers in July of 2026. I enjoyed the product and bought multiple packages since then in various counts. In early September I tried potty training my toddler and it didnt work- went naked and commando for a few days. After we gave up potty training we bought more Mille Moon diaper on Sept 14 and roughly a week or two after starting to use the diapers again her diaper area became extremely irritated. It became red/pink and chapped. We assumed it was a regular diaper rash so started using diaper cream, [REDACTED], and zinc to try and help the skin. It barely helped and the area was still very irritated. My toddler would not let me wipe her diaper area during diaper changes because of the pain. I was starting to get concerned because my toddler has had diaper rashes in the past, but never to this degree of pain and has always gone away quickly when diaper cream was used. This seemed to be more than a diaper rash, usually a diaper rash in my child was irritated skin and red in a certain area that she would still allow me to wipe or put cream on. The rash that came from these diapers stayed in the same area all around her private area in an oval shape and seemed deeper than a normal diaper rash. I am concerned about the safety of this product because it has caused my child so much pain.

My 16 week old daughter has developed chemical burns according to our pediatrician. This was from a five hour exposure with Millie Moon diapers. We have always used [REDACTED], however, we were on a trip in Oregon and decide to pick up some additional diapers before we ran out. We picked up Millie Moon diapers at a Walgreens in Oregon, and my daughter immediately developed irritation from the first diaper. We immediately switched back to the other brand and when we arrived back home from our vacation, we tried the same package of Millie Moon diapers that we purchased on our trip. Within 4 to 5 hours, our daughter woke up in the middle of the night in pain and we have noticed that that irritation had gotten worse. We went to the pediatrician and the pediatrician confirmed that it was a chemical burn.

When potty training my 3 year old son, I decided to try pull ups over his underwear at night to help keep him dry. I bought Millie moon pull ups and put them over his underwear. The next morning, any part of his skin that had touched the diaper was red and itchy. He was furiously scratching all day, even after taking off the pull up. It mostly touched his back and stomach where the top edge was higher than the top of his underwear. This continued for 2-3 days, I thought he was just sensitive to a new brand. We have an 8-month old at home who developed a severe chemical burn from wearing Millie Moon diapers. She has worn Millie Moon diapers her entire life and has never had any issues. At first we thought this was a stubborn diaper rash, but nothing was working. It kept getting worse and worse. It was to the point that we could not get any diaper rash product to stick to her skin. It would just slide off. We went to the pediatrician and our baby was prescribed some anti-biotics to prevent infection. 2 days later, after no improvement, we decided to take her to the ER because she wanted to crawl out of her skin. They gave her fluids and told us to apply a certain cream. We did that for a few days and it seamed to soothe our baby but it still wasn’t looking any better so we called the pediatrician for another appointment. They told us just to continue doing what we’re doing and it will slowly start to get better. A few more days went by and we called back saying it was no better. The pediatrician then called her in a special compound (cholestyramine) that had to be mixed at the pharmacy. We used exactly one pound of that over the next 3 or 4 days. It still was not showing significant improvement so we went back to the pediatrician again. This time, the doctor said “this looks like a chemical burn” and he called our baby in some silvadene. After one day, we noticed improvement. After 2-3 days, the burn was 50 percent healed. Today, we have been using the silvadene for about 6 days, and the burn is almost completely gone.

Around the beginning of July I had purchased some Millie Moon diapers for my then 10 month old daughter. After using these diapers she would get a severe chemical burn on her private areas. I am writing to report a serious skin reaction my daughter experienced after using Millie Moon Size 2 diapers purchased at the beginning of September 2026. After using the diapers, my daughter developed skin irritation that did not look like a typical diaper rash. The affected area looked more like a burn. It then progressed into sores, and the skin began to peel. The severity and appearance of the reaction were extremely concerning.
I stopped using the Millie Moon diapers, and since discontinuing their use, my daughter has not experienced the same issue. This has raised serious concerns for me about whether something in these diapers may have caused or contributed to her skin reaction.

My daughter kept getting weird diaper rashes, sometimes even when there was just urine. We realized it was from wearing Millie Moon Diapers, size 3. My daughter is only 16 months old. We were changing her very frequently due to her skin hurting. She would hide from us so that we would not change her diapers, as she knew it was going to be painful. That whole area would get super red and inflamed, and burn to the touch. The day after changing to a different brand (15th of September), the pain was gone, but the fear was still there. I want to report this as they need to be recalled, immediately. There is no reason any other child should go through this. I wish I had seen information about this brand sooner, I feel horrible that I kept putting these on her.

Last year when my son was born, we had asked for Millie moon diapers as gifts. We strictly used Millie moon from the time he was born. In his first few weeks of life, he developed a rash that was bleeding and creating intense sores around his anus. It didnt go away no matter how many creams we tried. We took him to the pediatrician and they prescribed an anti-fungal cream and that did not work. The only thing that cleared the bleeding rash was laying him on a pee pad and letting his bum air out for hours of a day so the sores would heal. It happened multiple times until I finally realized it might be the diapers. Once we switched it never happened again. We had been using Millie Moon diapers for a long time and it seems the most recent diapers have some very serious issue. Our 3 year old developed painful rashes on his genitals, that could not be resolved after multiple visits with the pediatrician and using different steroids and ointments. It affected his sleep and mood and we have battled it for months. We only finally realized it was the diapers when we changed brands and the issue resolved. Thousands of babies are being impacted with this safety issue so I urge you to act and force Millie Moon to recall the diapers and make changes to protect babies.

We used Millie Moon size 2 diapers on our daughter instead of our typical [READCTED] and after using a few of the diapers she developed very red burn like changes to her labia and buttocks. These diapers were purchased by a friend in Pittsburgh.

My daughter has been using Millie Moon diapers for about a year now and has recently developed a horrible rash causing her terrible pain. Upon researching the situation, it came to my attention that a large number of other parents have had the same situation occur and Millie Moon is being investigated. The same rash, chemical burns and bleeding is affecting my child along with others. This product is not safe and shouldnt be allowed to be sold at all.

We have been loyal consumers of Millie Moon diapers from birth to currently size 5 diapers and wipes. We received our new order of size 5, 108 count Millie Moon diapers and are EXTREMELY DISPLEASED. Our 18 month old has such severe chemical burns and irritation that its nearly impossible to properly change a diaper without, forcibly holding her down between the two of us. A child should never have to endure such torture when it comes to a diaper change and personal hygiene. We have to use both antibacterial spray plus [REDACTED] on her entire surface area on which the diaper touches her skin. The anger and disappointment we feel as parents who trusted this product for our child is unbelievable. Millie Moon, this is absolutely absurd and ridiculous.

Our in-laws used milliemoon overnight diapers throughout the day since we ran out of diapers that we use from another company. They noticed redness throughout the day, and when we picked our baby up and changed him, we saw bright red rash all over the scrotum, penis, and butt. We applied a lot of diaper rash cream on before bed, but put on the same milliemoon overnight diapers. A few hours later, our baby woke up screaming in pain. We checked the babys diaper to find the area to still be very red. We applied diaper rash cream again and changed into another milliemoon overnight diaper. The next morning, we changed the babys diaper and found that the redness was still there, still very bright red surrounding the area and now peeling. We added another layer of diaper rash cream, and changed our baby into a new pair of diapers from a different company. The rash subsided. We continued putting on new diapers from a different company and continue to lather with diaper rash cream. The rash subsided after a day.

I had not used that brand but when I made the switch, she immediately flared up into a burn/rash all over where the diaper touched her skin.
