Ive been using Millie Moon since my son was born he got a bad rash on July 31st of 2026 I didnt think anything of it I dont really be on social media but I was desperate as soon as the rash and bumps started to spread. And now i understand thats im not the only parent going through this at first it started in his private area and too his bum then his thigh I went to his pediatrician because i thought of what if it was hand and feet and no he said it was a damper rash and now my son is in pain and nothing helps no butt cream no almond bath nothing I have him without a damper because theres nothing else I can do

Im reporting Millie moon diapers. My son has been using these for 2 years and never had an issue with them. They have recently openly changed formula and today he suddenly broke out into a severe rash that is bright red all in his groin, butt and penis. His groin area looks like it is covered in a welt. My daughter has severe chemical burns after using these diapers. I can confirm absolutely nothing else changed, she has been using the same wipes since birth, same bath soap, same detergent, and the only change we made was switching to Millie Moon diapers. We use them for about a week, when she developed a bright red rash on her private parts. She became extremely sensitive to diaper changes, using wipes, and even baths. We had a Pediatrician review, and they stated that it was due to the change in diapers, and that there has been multiple parents that have had similar issues. Why have these not been recalled? Why is this not something being addressed? Why is the safety of babies being put at risk because a manufacturer changes that are not being listed? A simple [REDACTED] search even says multiple people are having this issue.
She is only five months old, but it would not let me continue If I did not put she was at least one year in the year box. It would not accept zero as a year.

My 2 month old infant experienced significant diaper rash with severe redness and possible chemical burns to perirectal area. She has been using Millie Moon newborn diapers since early July 2026. The first small bag of diapers (30 count) caused no concerns. In a box of 156 count, the first sleeve with half the diapers caused a small rash. From the first diapers taken from the second sleeve, baby experienced new rash that worsened with each diaper change. She used 10 diapers from this sleeve before discontinuing these diapers. The rash quickly improved/nearly resolved within 24 hours of utilizing a different diaper brand.

I reached out to Millie moon over 2 weeks ago. Ive reached out multiple times now since then and even messaged them on social media. No response of course. They are NOT taking this seriously. They need to recall these diapers. They gave my son a chemical rash along with thousands of other parents online. It was so bad that it was bleeding, bright red, his skin peeled off in spots and it was so puffed up. He was crying so hard he couldnt breathe and was shaking. He passed out from pain. I didnt think it was the diapers so I gave him a bath and put a triad cream on which helped a ton. I used some old Millie moon diapers I had saved back from one of the boxes I had since the quality used to be so good about 6 months ago and I was saving them for a time like this. It got so much better. Come bed time a few days later, I used one of the diapers from the new box. When he woke up, his skin had literally burned off in patches. I then put it together that the cause of the rash was the new diapers! The rash went away as soon as I switched to freestyle diapers and hasnt been back. Ive been a huge Millie moon fan for the past 2 years. The diapers change every few months it seems. They just keep getting crappier and crappier in quality but Millie moon refused to acknowledge this issue. This time however is much different because whatever it is that they changed is insanely harmful. It makes me so mad that they are hurting babies this bad and refuse to do anything about it or even answer all the communication attempts I have made.

8 month old using Millie moon diapers. Size 3. Infant was put to bed with clean diaper post bath, 2hrs later she woke up screaming inconsolable, and back arching. By the next morning diaper area was bright red, along with broken skin that was bleeding, and blistering around labia and towards perineum and butt. We have been using Millie moon diapers for the past 4+ months with no issues. No other changes have been made detergents, soaps, etc.

We have been purchasing Millie Moon diapers since our daughter was born in April 2025, and until recently we have been very happy with the quality of your products. Based on that positive experience, we recently purchased three additional boxes of diapers to take advantage of the Target rebate promotion. Specifically, we purchased two 168 count boxes of Size 4 diapers and one box of Size 3 diapers for our newborn who is due soon, spending well over $100. Unfortunately, after using the newly purchased Size 4 diapers, our daughter developed what appears to be a severe chemical burn like rash. This reaction was unlike anything we had experienced with previous Millie Moon diapers. After comparing the newer diapers with older ones and researching recent changes, we understand that the manufacturing standards may have changed, including the addition of chlorine in the production process. Whether or not this is ultimately the cause, the new diapers have caused a reaction that has made it impossible for us to continue using your product. As a result, we are now forced to switch diaper brands entirely. This is especially disappointing because we had trusted Millie Moon enough to purchase diapers for both our toddler and our upcoming newborn. We feel that the quality of the product has declined significantly, and we have been left with unopened diapers that we can no longer safely use. Given the circumstances, we respectfully request reimbursement for the recent purchases, as the product no longer meets the quality and safety expectations we had based on our previous experience with your brand.

Got a new box of millie moon diapers, and after using them, my baby, 6 months old, got a bad red chemical like burn from her front all the way to the backside. It was so bad she was screaming, and i couldn’t put anything on it or touch it. I had to hold her with a towel covering because it hurt her so bad. Ive been using Millie moon diapers for a month with zero issue. My 4week old infant was ready for a larger size so I exchanged my unopened boxes of newborn diapers for size 1 diapers. I noticed the brand new size 1 diapers felt rougher on my hands and the printed design on the diaper no longer stopped at the waistband but now the printed design went all the way to the top of the diaper. I used these diapers for about 36hours before I had to stop use immediately. Slowly my baby started to get red on every inch of his body where the diaper touched. Im a first time mom so I thought at first it was a mixture of the summer heat and maybe the diaper being too tight. I stopped once the redness was so severe it looked like my baby was burnt in the exact shape of his diaper. His redness/chemical burn is so severe he is now blistered. My baby is crying and suffering from this chemical burn and is being taken to urgent care for his blisters. Because my baby reacted so significantly it was clear as day that the Millie moon diaper was the issue due to all of his redness taking the shape of his diaper. The burn covers his butt, penis, testicles, upper thighs where the diaper touches, and very low on his abdomen where the diaper also rested.

We had switched to using Millie Moon diapers in October 2025 for our 1 year old son. They seemed great for us no issues. In December, our little one developed a severe rash on his butt that we said looked like a chemical burn. Little spots that looked like blisters had been burned through his skin, raw skin, highly irritated and severely red. We thought it had more do to with his change in diet, since we had just switched him over in November 2025 to regular whole cow’s milk. We went through isolation diets, lactose free milk, using alternative milk like [REDACTED], to try and alleviate the symptoms. We eventually ended up at the Pediatrician who prescribed silver sulfadiazine cream (commonly used to treat 2nd and 3rd degree burns, if that tells you how bad the blisters spots were on his butt), and a topical steroid. Liberally using those treatments as prescribed with [REDACTED] eventually cleared it up over a couple weeks. During which we had countless times, day and night, that we’d sit rocking him, doing soaks in the bath, anything we could to comfort him because he was in so much pain. Couldn’t even pat his butt while rocking him to sleep because of the pain. A couple weeks later, the irritation started up again and we found ourselves back into the same routine to treat it. Since then, it has been a constant battle of using these medicines and regimen to keep the rash at bay. All the while, we have continued to be using Millie Moon diapers for daytime and overnight. Since he was fine from October until December 2025, it never crossed our minds that it could be related to the diaper, that was supposed to be one of the best for being chlorine free. Today, on 7/20/26, we learned about a potential class action lawsuit around Millie Moon diapers and “chemical burn like rashes” that started around December 2025. Effective immediately, we are discontinuing use of Millie Moon diapers and will be following this response closely. The “recorded incident date” is the day I texted my wife that we needed to take him to the doctor because of how bad the rash was.

We have been using Millie Moon diapers since 2024, and suddenly, a few months ago, my two year old started scratching his bottom a lot. We’ve noticed welts on his butt cheeks. He is not allergic to anything, and the welts are only on his butt. This just started happening. It’s the only diaper he wears, nothing else has changed. We have been using Millie Moon diapers for two years. We bought a lot of boxes way in advance so we only recently needed to buy new ones. Since we started a new box my daughter has had horrible, almost burn like, rashes all over her vulva. She is in enormous pain and we have been doing everything the pediatrician recommended. It wasnt until I was [REDACTED]about it that I found similar reports about new Millie Moon diapers. This is the brand a pediatric dermatologist recommended to me years ago so Im extremely upset to hear they have changed the formula and that its caused this terrible rash on my daughter and other children. These diapers shouldnt be on the shelves. We are switching brands immediately.

My granddaughter (10 MOF) has been using Millie Moon diapers since being newborn with no issues. My daughter recently bought a new box of the diapers. My granddaughter developed a rash that increased greatly over the next few days. It became inflamed, very red and raw with blister like sores, and an area of skin that became so raw that it bled. After using a box of size 1 Millie Moon diapers, my baby developed a severe diaper rash that blistered and ended up bleeding between diaper changes. Diaper cream/butt paste was not healing it. Shes in so much pain, it is so red and bumpy my poor baby. Just even opening her diaper has been so painful for her, she walks funny and it hurts to sit. I heard Millie Moon changed the ingredient or something?? Why?? Why did they change it??? It was fine the way it was before!! Now babies and toddlers are experiencing horrible rashes and pain. PAIN!!

My now 2 wk old granddaughter has been wearing the newborn Millie Moon diapers purchased from Target. After wearing the diapers with frequent diaper changes her genital area developed what appeared to be a rash. She was taken to her pediatrician because there was blisters present. The pediatrician diagnosed it as yeast diaper rash and prescribed Nystatin. The rash got worse and resulted in her bottom area becoming very bright red and appeared raw looking. After monitoring the area it became inflamed and resembles being burnt. An immediate switch to a different brand of diapers was done after I checked a forum where there have been complaints. My 1 yr old grandson used these diapers and never had an issue. These Millie Moon diapers brand has caused this pain and severely burn on a 2wk old. My grandbaby is in pain and now were waiting until she heals. We have now switched to another diaper brand. Im sure there are others that have experienced this and wonder why no recall has been in effect for this product.

I have been using millie moon diapers with my 9 month old twins for a couple months now. I ordered a new box of size 3 diapers and size 3 overnight diapers. I used the overnight diaper on one of my twins and he was fine the next morning. Then I used the regular diaper on both of them. They had a pediatrician appointment, came back home and upon changing their diapers, I noticed bright red raised skin and swelling in the inguinal area. As I wiped my infant he screamed in pain. I let him air dry and noticed how the bright red skin had turned to what appeared to be a burn to his skin. My other infant also had bright red on his buttocks where the skin touched the diaper, although not as bad as his brother. I stopped using the diapers immediately and switched to another brand. Although a different brand of diapers was not irritaring, the next day, I noticed the skin to become worse on both of the babies where the millie moon caused the injuries.

The product, in the report: Millie Moon size 2 diapers with the new print that has animals going all the way to the top of the diaper (previously the animal print stopped at the Millie Moon logo band).
My daughter had a reaction to the new Millie Moon diapers (where the animal print goes all the way to the top of the diaper). The reaction is unlike diaper rash. She is six months old and has only had diaper rash once in her life (i.e. she is not prone to it and we are very diligent with her skin care). The diaper caused her to have a large reddened and raised welt on her labia and excoriated, reddened groin folds with a raised papular rash over the entire rest of the anterior aspect where the diaper touches. This all developed in between one diaper change and she was not sitting in a wet diaper for very long. I have read similar things of babies having chemical-like burns from these new patterned diapers.

My new born baby is getting a rash from Millie Moon diapers, showing redness and irritation around the band line and where the diaper lays on his skin. I had to immediately change the diapers.
