How to reach a person at Hearth Record, and how to do the few things an account allows. Hearth Record is run by Mouliqe, and everything on it is free.
Write to a person
Write to hearthrecord@mouliqe.com, and a person will answer.
If a record is wrong
The record comes from the agency that published it, so a correction starts there: each record links to the agency’s own page. If Hearth Record copied something wrongly, write to us: it will be fixed, and the correction logged publicly, with its date.
Stop alert emails
Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe, and each record or search in it can be muted on its own. On your account page you can turn alert emails off altogether; nothing you saved is lost.
Delete your account
From your account page you can download everything we hold about you, as a JSON file, and delete your account. Deleting removes your account and everything you saved, right away. Browsing never needs an account.

Hearth Record is independent. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CMS, SAMHSA, HRSA, CPSC, NHTSA, FDA, USDA or any state agency. Each fact links to the agency’s own record.
