    My daughter has been using Millie Moon diapers since she was approximately 2 months old and has never had any issues with this brand. However, within the past week, after opening and using a new package, she developed a severe rash in her diaper area. We took her to her doctor, who confirmed that the injury was a chemical burn.

    Her skin became extremely red, inflamed, and painful. We immediately stopped using the Millie Moon diapers, switched to a different brand, and began treating the affected area as directed by her doctor. Since discontinuing use of the diapers, her skin has started to improve.

    Because my daughter had used Millie Moon diapers for many months without any previous reactions, I am concerned there may have been an issue with this particular package or batch, or a change in the materials used. I am submitting this report so this incident can be investigated and to help prevent other children from experiencing the same injury.

    I had heard about Millie moon diapers causing burn like rashes. I have had issues with “diaper rashes” I had a hard time clearing for my daughter. Realized I hadn’t had an issue more recently when I found out about Millie moon and then also realized it is because I was using pampers. I vowed to not use Millie moon again but then I forgot I had sent them to daycare for my daughter. She had NO rash this AM. She came home in a Millie moon diapers and had a burn like rash on both labia and was crying so much when I wiped her. This is devastating and I hope they are held accountable for this.

Over the course of several days the rash increased in severity and eventually lead to blisters and skin breakdown on his buttocks regardless of diaper change frequency or different ointment types applied to the area.     Millie moon baby diapers are giving my baby a severe rash. Within a week of buying the new box of diapers I noticed my baby was getting a bad rash.Which I thought was odd because she has never had a rash at almost 6 months old and has wore Millie moon diapers before and never had an issue. Told a friend of mine and she informed she had the same issue and was told other babies are having chemical burns from these diapers due to a formula in the diaper being changed. This product really should be recalled to save other parents from buying them right now.

    We have been stocking up on diapers since the fall of 2025, in anticipation for our first baby. We have been exclusively using Millie Moon diapers. We did not have any problems with them until we opened a new box of size 1 diapers. Previously we had the ones without the pattern above the logo. This new box had the pattern above the logo. I had heard reports that this new style was causing chemical burns in the diaper area. I kept a close eye on my daughter and within 24 hours of use she began to develop a diaper rash and by 48 hours it was pretty severe despite the use of diaper creams and sprays. We immediately discontinued use and switched to a different brand

    After switching my 3 month old baby to Millie Moon Luxury Disposable Diapers, Size 3, my baby developed a rash that gradually worsened over approximately two weeks. Before using these Size 3 Millie Moon diapers, my baby had not had a diaper rash like this.

    At first, the rash appeared mild, so I applied diaper cream and monitored it. The cream only helped slightly, but the rash did not go away. Over time, the rash became much worse. It is now extremely red, rough to the touch, and one side appears raised/welt-like. The appearance concerns me because it looks burn-like, and I am worried this may be a chemical irritation or reaction associated with the diapers.

    My baby has also been crying and screaming much more than usual since we began using these diapers. She is normally a very happy baby and is not typically a baby who cries often, which makes this change especially concerning. The timing of the rash and the change in her behavior appear to be connected to the use of these Size 3 Millie Moon diapers.

    I am reporting this because I am extremely concerned that there may be an issue with this specific product, batch, or manufacturing lot. I want this investigated so that other babies do not experience the same type of painful rash or possible skin injury. Im extremely upset.

    I am reporting an issue with Millie Moon diapers. While my son was wearing the diaper, the absorbent material inside the diaper began to break apart and disintegrate. Gel like particles and diaper filling were left on his skin and throughout the diaper area.

    After using the diaper, my son developed redness and a rash in the areas that were in contact with the diaper. The irritation appeared shortly after use and was more severe than any normal diaper redness we have experienced. We had to stop using the diapers and treat the rash with diaper cream.

    The diaper was used as intended and was not worn for an excessive amount of time. I am concerned that the diaper materials breaking apart may have contributed to my sons skin irritation. I would appreciate an investigation into this issue

    I bought my 14 month old Millie Moon size 4 and 5 diapers from Star Market due to a good sale. Since then, she has had an uncharacteristically terrible diaper rash with redness, induration, erosions, and peeling and diaper changes have been very painful for her despite me changing her wet diapers frequently, changing her immediately after she poops, using much more diaper cream and taking more time to ensure her bottom is dry before diaper cream application. I have never had this issue ever before with other diaper brands, even during prior GI illness.

After about 12 days of awful rashes with skin redness, peeling, blisters, we finally switched diapers and it is already heeling up in less than 12 hours. We have been to the doctor who has prescribed several creams in order to help and nothing worked except switching the diapers.     My daughter was burned by Millie Moon size 4 diapers. My daughter has never ever struggled with diaper rash since she was born, she is 19mo now. We have used Millie Moon since she was a newborn because they seem to fit the best. Friday, 6/5/2026 while at daycare, her diaper was changed mid morning like usual. When her daycare provider went to change her diaper at lunch, she discovered that her bottom was bright red, shiny, a little swollen and extremely sore. This was a shock to me since she has never ever had diaper rashes before. When I picked her up from daycare, she was very uncomfortable. Anytime she moved and her diaper rubbed one way or another she screamed, she could not sit, she wanted to be held but it hurt and she was crying it was very hard to sooth her and she kept grabbing at her diaper. All weekend we spent our days at home trying to keep her as comfort as possible, no diapers, baking soda baths, zinc cream when she did have a diaper on. The redness and swelling went down, she was still uncomfortable but not as bad. Once the swelling went down, everywhere that was red, shiny and swollen started to peel. I am still putting globs of aquaphor on her bottom to keep the skin from getting more raw while the healing finalizes. I did switch to Honest diapers during this time thinking it could have been the diaper since we had never experienced diaper rash like this before. I will not be using the boxes that I have stored in my laundry room as I am terrified to put another one on her and have this happen again. She was burned by her diaper within a matter of 2 hours.

    I got millie moon dipars for my baby shower in January 2026. I had my baby in March 2026 and we started noticing 2 weeks in to using millie moon dipars that my child’s bottom started to get super red and irritated. It started having bumps appear and bumps that looked like bug bits and were hard in some spots. It did not matter how much we changed dipars and put creams on nothing was helping. So we stopped using them when I saw someone else post asking if their child was experiencing the same thing. And so I switched to [REDACTED] dipars and the rash and bumps and irrigation was gone. We haven’t even had to use creams. So I opened the next size of Millie Moon dipars to see if it would do the same thing and they did so. The irritation was significant and caused discomfort and concern. Initially, we discontinued use of the products, and the rash and burn-like symptoms gradually resolved. After the affected area had healed, we began using the Millie Moon diapers again. Shortly after resuming use, the same severe rash and burn-like irritation returned in the same areas. Based on this repeated pattern, we believe there may be a connection between the use of these products and the skin reaction experienced by our child. We are concerned that other children may experience similar injuries. We would appreciate it if this incident could be reviewed and investigated. We are willing to provide additional information, including product details, purchase information, photographs of the rash, medical records (if applicable), and product packaging or lot numbers if needed.

    After usage of Millie Moon Luxury Diapers from July of 2025 to December of 2025 sizes 2-4 my son developed chemical burns on his bottom and genitalia after discontinuing usage we were gifted Millie Moon Overnight diapers in may of 2026 and decided to try the companies diapers once again. My son once again developed what appeared again to be chemical burns. It is my understanding that I am only one of thousands of consumers who have had the same experience. I have attached a cropped photo of the rash. This company is unsafe for children and should be further investigated about ingredients in their products.

    My 12 month old baby girl developed chemical burns on her genitalia after using the new Millie Moon Diapers AND Wipes. I have been using Millie Moon Diapers since she was born and have had no problem except for the last month after we bought a new box of size 4 Millie Moon Diapers and a whole box of Millie Moon Wipes. She has never suffered bad from any kind of diaper rash until I put her in the diapers from the new box and started using the wipes. We had always used [REDACTED] wipes and had no issues so we thought to try the same brand wipes for the MM. My baby then had developed terrible rashes that have not gone away with any kind of prevention and consistent fussiness and pain in changing diapers every time, waking up a night from pain, and the rash was furiously red with massive dots with white centers aka chemical burns in which I did not know until doing research what the difference between normal diaper rash and chemical burn was. I just bought a different brand of diapers and wipes and the burns are already calming down.

    Newborn baby experienced severe chemical burns using Millie Moon diapers. Rash and irritation was so severe that it was bleeding and oozing. We had to take our two week old baby to urgent care to be evaluated, where he was put on a prescription cream. The rash persisted despite the cream, however, it immediately healed later once diapers were switched to a new brand.
