    Weve been using Millie Moon diapers for my 10 month old son since birth. Weve never had an issue and hes never had significant diaper rash. This last package (of size 4 diapers purchased at Target) caused significant redness and blistering/swelling that we thought was diaper rash at first until learning of the recent reports of chemical burns from Millie Moon diapers. The rash has persisted over at least 3-4 days and is causing him trouble sleeping. He also screams out in pain when it is touched lightly either with a wet cloth or with zinc oxide (which we were using before realizing this likely isnt actually diaper rash). We switched diaper brands as of today and are hoping it will clear up soon.

    The product, in the report: This product was being marketed as an organic diaper and wipe brand. I have been using the wipe surplus from my baby shower since she was born, but I have never used their diapers. We have heard good things on social media about the diapers, so her dad got them as a safer alternative. These diapers are supposed to be safer and help prevent from rashes.

    My 8 month old daughter started breaking out with a rash and it would not go away after using [REDACTED], diaper rash cream and even baby powder. The only thing that had changed in her routine was that her dad recently started using Millie moon diapers on her. My god mother saw a [REDACTED[ stating that other parents were having issues with Millie moon diapers and once we stopped using them the rash started to clear up. However, my daughter still scratches in that area, because it was a couple of weeks before we could identify the cause of the problem.

    I wanted to try a new diaper brand and i had got a millie moon box for a baby shower gift. They were a size 1, she was still in newborn but she was about to switch over to size 1 anyways i gave them a try and a couple days later she started to have a rash and everytime i changed her i seen it got worse to the point it started blistering and bleeding a little. i went in to see her pediatrician and he prescribed me a cream i used it and it didnt work, so i just decided to switch back to [REDACTED] and her rash went away slowly by itself.

    My daughter broke out in severe redness, I thought it was a normal diaper rash but it was getting worse and worse and didnt look like a typical diaper rash. There are open wounds, welts, and blisters over her entire butt and vagina. She is 8 months old and was screaming in agony every time I touched her. She wouldnt be put down in the bath and screamed every time we had to change her diaper. I think it is more of a chemical burn rather than a diaper rash. The diapers are Millie moon. They caused so much pain and injury to my daughter and she is a little traumatized.

    My infant daughter suffered severe burns and significant skin irritation while using Millie Moon Size 3 diapers. The burns developed on the areas of her skin covered by the diaper and were substantially more severe than a normal diaper rash. The affected skin appeared severely burned, red, and irritated, causing significant concern for her safety and well being.

    We immediately stopped using the Millie Moon Size 3 diapers after discovering the burns. We have photographs documenting the injuries and have retained the remaining diapers and original packaging for potential investigation and testing.

    We believe the diapers caused or contributed to the burns because the injuries developed in the areas covered by the diapers and improved after we stopped using them. We are reporting this serious incident because we are concerned that the diapers may pose a safety risk and could cause similar burns or serious skin injuries to other infants.

    We request that this incident be documented and investigated for a possible product safety issue.

    I have been purchasing Millie moon diapers for my daughter since August of 2025, When my daughter started wearing size 4 in this brand of diapers. Starting in December of 2025, week of Christmas, my daughter was in the hospital for unrelated illness. However in the hospital we were using our own diapers. She developed what I thought was a rash on her vagina lips, not her butt. I assumed it was her bodies reaction to being sick. About once a week since December of 2025 my daughter will developed what seems to be a burn on her vagina lips. I assumed my daughter had sensitive skin. I asked my pediatrician and my doctors hematologist. They both said to change her more often and use butt cream to help protect her skin. This is what Ive done. I change my daughters diaper every 2 hours regardless of what is happening , and if she poops I change her within 5 minutes, most of the time immediately. I discussed this issue again with her pediatrician and hematologist. I now have discovered she is having burns from her diapers.

    My baby developed the worst diaper rash shes ever had at one year old. It was bright red like an acidic burn, her skin peeled off, and she was hysterical at diaper change time. Shes been wearing Millie Moon diapers for months with no issue. After seeing the growing number of filed complaints reflecting the exact same issues, I believe that Millie Moon diapers are to blame.

    My son was wearing a Millie moon diaper that was just put on, no prior diaper rash, when I went to change him, he had two welts on his bottom that looked like mosquito bites in addition to more diffuse erythema all over diaper area. The welt was raw, with little drops of blood, like a scrape. Over the next day or two the larger welt turned into a blister, that peeled. He still has a round wound on his bottom thats healing.

    My 5-month-old son was using Millie Moon disposable diapers as he normally did when he developed a severe reaction in his diaper area. His bottom became extremely red and raw and developed blistered open areas that appeared burn-like. He was clearly in pain and discomfort, and the reaction was significantly more severe than a typical diaper rash.

    I contacted his pediatrician because I was concerned about how severe the reaction had become. At the time, we believed it was a severe diaper rash and treated it accordingly. I took photographs documenting the appearance and severity of the affected area.

    At the time this occurred, I was unaware that other parents had reported severe burn-like reactions, including redness, blistering, peeling and bleeding, associated with Millie Moon diapers. I recently learned about these reports and noticed that the injuries described and pictured were similar to what happened to my son, which is why I am reporting this incident.

    I no longer have the diapers or packaging and therefore cannot provide the lot or batch number, but I do have photographs documenting my sons skin reaction.

    I cannot confirm that the diapers caused the injury or that it was a chemical burn. I am reporting a suspected association between his severe burn-like skin reaction and his use of Millie Moon diapers so that the incident can be documented and investigated.

    I switched my 20 month old daughter to Millie moon diapers and within 24-36 hours of using the diapers she had extreme diaper rash that we had to seek medical ointment for. The skin was not only broken and irritated but open and weeping.

    My child experienced significant skin irritation and redness while using Millie Moon disposable diapers. The irritation became severe enough that a blister formed in the diaper area.     Millie Moon diapers, purchased from Target in Bedford, NH on August 26th, 2026. The child had previously tolerated the diapers when used. Before August, last time we used was April 2026. Between April and late August 2026, we used [REDACTED] diapers with no adverse effects. 17 month old child developed a welt-like rash around his hip and lower back area, from directly where the diaper sits. Diapers are being used as indicated, including changing the diaper when its soiled.

    Nothing else has changed regarding the childs routine, including no exposure to chemicals, no exposure to toxic or poisonous plants, and has no known allergies. The only item touching the effected areas would have been the diaper.

I recently opened a box of size 4 diapers and since I have started using that box, he has had red inflamed areas along his belly, inguinal area, rear, and scrotum where the diaper touches his skin. It started as red inflamed areas and has progressed into welts on his skin that are painful to the touch. Diaper rash creams, aquaphor, etc. have not helped clear it up and it does not look like a typical diaper rash.

    Recently purchased infant diaper brand Millie Moon from target. Initial reviews showed positive but my wife and I found a few that mentioned skin rash and/or chemical burn. Assuming those were outliers we bought the diapers anyway assuming they were best in class and best for our baby. It only took 2 days for severe rash to appear forcing us to throw out all diapers and contact our pediatrician immediately. Having seen those initial reviews and now experiencing personally we wanted to make sure a formal report was filed.

    I am reporting Millie Moon size 4 diapers. I have used Millie Moon diapers since my baby was a newborn (she is now 9 months old) and had no issues or complaints until we sized up to the size 4. Within a day, she started to develop a horrible diaper rash. It started just under her naval, all down her crotch and past her butt cheeks onto her lower back. It got red and blistered to the point of being raw and bleeding a little. It looked like a chemical burn. Once we switched to a different diaper brand the rash was 80% clear by the next day.

    My daughter who will be 4 months old soon has been wearing millie moon diapers since birth. We got a box as a gift and after days of using noticed a small bit of irritation that soon went away. The next day she was left with my mother for no longer than 2 hours before i left she was totally fine no issues. By the time i came back to my moms house she had a sever burn/rash. Her skin was peeling, her private area was red swollen and sore to the touch. This was Sunday August 30, 2026.     My two year old boy developed a severe and painful genitalia-area skin reaction wearing Millie Moon diapers purchased from Target. This was significantly more severe than a typical diaper rash. His genitalia became extremely red, inflamed, and irritated with some areas of his genitalia a developing blisters. He was visibly in significant discomfort and cried and screamed because of the pain. His day to day life drastically was impaired.

    We have been using Millie Moon diapers exclusively since his birth in June of 2024, and have never experienced a reaction of this severity with the Millie Moon diapers we previously used. However, recently I bought two new packs of Millie Moon diapers. Almost immediately after using the new diapers my son developed a horrific diaper rash. We started out using a few different brands of diaper rash creams to try to get rid of the diaper rash, but his rash only worsened as he developed blisters all over his genitalia, so we sought out medical treatment right away. The physician assistant we saw at the urgent care prescribed him with Nystatin. After little improvement, I went looking for any information I could to help my child. Upon my research I found other parents leaving online reviews, contacting news stations, and law firms regarding similar issues using Millie Moon diapers, especially the past few months. That night I immediately changed to a different diaper brand and overnight I noticed improvement in his rash. I called my sons pediatrician the next day and showed him the area. He recommended now trying hydrocortisone cream and a new diaper brand over the next few days. After a few days the area improved and has not returned.

    I am reporting this because I am concerned that Mille Moon diapers may have caused my sons severe skin reaction that needed medical treatment. The timing and severity of the reaction have made me concerned about the safety and materials of this product.

We began using Millie Moon Size 5 diapers after purchasing them at Whole Foods on Thursday, August 27, 2026. By Friday, August 28, 2026, I noticed numerous small red bumps and significant irritation in the diaper area. We initially treated the irritation with diaper-rash cream.     My seven month old twin daughters developed a red, burn-like skin reaction after wearing Millie Moon Luxury Disposable Diapers, Size 3, purchased from Target on July 24, 2026.

    Both of my daughters had worn Millie Moon diapers regularly since coming home from the hospital without experiencing this type of reaction. This was our first box of Millie Moon Size 3 diapers. We began using diapers from this box during the first week of August. Within approximately one day, both babies developed significant redness in areas where the diaper was in close contact with and pressed against their skin, particularly the mons pubis and external vulvar area. One twin had a more pronounced reaction than the other.

    This was noticeably different from the ordinary diaper rash we have occasionally seen. Our daughters rarely develop diaper rash, and the location and appearance of this reaction were unusual for them. The reaction consisted of very red skin concentrated in high-contact areas of the diaper. There was no blistering or broken skin, and neither baby behaved as though she was in significant discomfort.

    Because I had previously seen consumer reports describing skin reactions associated with newer Millie Moon diapers, I suspected the diapers could be responsible and immediately discontinued their use. We switched to another diaper brand, and the redness resolved within a few days.

    On August 19, 2026, we used diapers from the same Millie Moon Size 3 box again because we did not have another diaper available in the appropriate size. Within approximately eight hours of resuming use, both babies developed the same distinctive redness again in the high-contact areas. We again discontinued use.

    There were no new foods, medications, wipes, creams, soaps, detergents, or other products introduced at the time of either occurrence that would explain the reactions. Both babies were exposed to diapers from the same box. They have also worn other diaper brands, including [REDACTED] and [REDACTED], without experiencing this reaction.

    We did not seek medical treatment because the reactions were limited to redness, began resolving after the diapers were discontinued, and did not appear to cause significant discomfort. I am not reporting chemical burns as a medical diagnosis. However, the appearance and location of the reactions were concerning and distinctly different from the diaper rash we have previously observed.

    I am reporting this incident because, after seeing other consumer reports describing similar reactions associated with Millie Moon diapers, I am concerned that our experience may be part of a broader product safety issue. In particular, both of my children reacted to diapers from the same box, improved after use was discontinued, and experienced the same reaction again after the product was reintroduced.

    The diapers involved also have the newer design in which the printed pattern extends above the Millie Moon logo band on the front of the diaper. I had previously seen consumers identify this design when discussing newer versions of the product.

We did some [REDACTED] and others have had the same experience and the rash looked the same. Stopped using them and her rash already looks better. She did have multiple appointments for this rash and we did try multiple creams. It is consistent with our findings on [REDACTED] forums from other parents - a burn like rash resistant to creams.

Not even one full 24 hours my son developed a severe red rash that would not go away. He was arching in pain and would not even allow me to touch without having to restrain him.

    I purchased Millie Moon diapers from Walmart. My daughter started to get what we thought was a slight diaper rash, we put cream on and kept changing her diaper every time it was wet or anything. Her rash continued to get worse until she got blisters on her bum. After doing research other parents are having issues with blisters and tonight her blisters popped and they are now open sores, she hurts so bad and her bum and girly parts are so red and blistered that she needs medical treatment to help how bad it is.

    The product, in the report: The new Millie Moon diapers include printing of characters all the way up to the top edge and I just bought a 144 pack of diapers from target and upon opening the box they smelled like chemicals very lightly. After two days of use of these new diapers theyve caused a chemical burn that I have confirmed is a chemical burn. It is not a normal diaper rash.

    Millie Moon newborn diapers have caused a severe skin reaction to my newborn. When we switched from [REDACTED] to Millie Moon, the skin in contact with the diaper became bright red. The skin around his bum and inside his cheeks were not affected. After 2 days of wearing the Millie moon diapers, the skin in contact with the diaper has started to form wounds. Rash cream has not improved conditions. The diapers have the animal print all the way up to the waist band. Purchased early/mid 2026 from target.

    My son (who has up until this point worn Millie Moon diapers with no problem whatsoever) has now as of the past week or so been experiencing intense/painful rashes in his groin/butt. He does not usually get diaper rash, and this is particularly painful almost akin to a chemical burn. After starting this new box, my daughter experiendced a severe rash with bumps that tuned into scabs and appeared to be more of a chemical burn. We took her to our pediatrician and he said almost certainly that this was from chemicals in diapers and guided us to switch. We did and 2 days later the issue started going away and had cleared up in a week after switching away from millie moon diaper.

    My 4.5 month old had a severe rash/blister on her private part from the Millie Moon Luxury Diapers. She has never had any diaper rash and after 2.5 weeks of using these diapers, she developed a bad rash. As soon as I put [REDACTED] on the affected part and a layer in the diaper to serve as a barrier, the redness stopped. When I switched back to [REDACTED] which is what we usually use, the rash went away. I only used the Millie Moon diapers because my brother bought a couple of big boxese as a gift otherwise I used [REDACTED] the entire time.

    My daughter has severe chemical burns after using these diapers. I can confirm absolutely nothing else changed, she has been using the same wipes since birth, same bath soap, same detergent, and the only change we made was switching to Millie Moon diapers. We use them for about a week, when she developed a bright red rash on her private parts. She became extremely sensitive to diaper changes, using wipes, and even baths. We had a Pediatrician review, and they stated that it was due to the change in diapers, and that there has been multiple parents that have had similar issues. Why have these not been recalled? Why is this not something being addressed? Why is the safety of babies being put at risk because a manufacturer changes that are not being listed? A simple [REDACTED] search even says multiple people are having this issue.

    She is only five months old, but it would not let me continue If I did not put she was at least one year in the year box. It would not accept zero as a year.
