Replies and paid listings aren’t open yet. This is how they will work, so the rules are public before anyone can use them.
A provider will be able to reply to any finding, free. The reply will show beside the finding it answers, unedited and dated.
A provider will be able to pay to add what the record leaves out, such as openings, prices or photos. It will say “Paid by the provider” and sit below the public record, never above it.
Money never changes a finding, a rating, a date or the order of results.
If a record is wrong
The record comes from the regulator, so a correction starts there: each record links to the regulator’s own page. If Hearth Record copied something wrongly, it will fix it and log the correction publicly, with its date.
