The product, in the report: Sportsman container square part number on sticker say 3516

VP fuel storage can 3516, leaks fuel when using, have tighten the fitting and still leaks its a new can, have email ed VP fuels and and explained appears there should be a gasket between the black cap and the container itself, I have wrote them 3 times the reply looked like scam so I didn’t answer the first ones, when I did I explained it looks like it needs a gasket and how do I get one? Then I had to fill out a warranty inquiry and I did but then they what ed pictures and a receipt I don’t have a receipt it was given to me as a gift, and then someone called by the name of Andy, he called me June 7th at 9:05 am I returned the call at 9:14 am and left a message and never heard back, I attempted again to see if I was doing some wrong I filled cap of the contained and it didn’t leak so I then filled just enough fuel in the container to cover the the threads area and inverted can at about a 45 degree angle fuel leaks from the threads no matter how tight I twist the cap, fire and environment issue
