The product, in the report: Scentsy warming pot, light bulb to heat ceramic tray to melt scented wax
I received a new Scentsy burner as a gift 2 years ago. I used it daily and enjoyed it. I turned the switch on the other day and it started to make popping noises, then flames shot out of the holes, it smelt like electricity fire. The bulb got charred black as well as burning the bottom out. It was hard to blowout and I unplugged it immediately. I have used their product but now fear this could of happened when I was at work and burnt my house down.
