The product, in the report: Air freshner that runs on electric.
On Monday, September 19th, 2016 the dealership I work at had a company install 2 electric air freshners and I had a severe allergic reaction to it 20 minutes after it was installed. My eyes burnt, my throat felt itchy then felt like it was closing up, I had to keep clearing my throat and developed a cough and my tongue felt thick and swelling. I used my maintenance inhaler 2 times that day at work and my recovery inhaler two times. Was home for two days with trouble breathing unless I used my inhalers around the clock, the employer took me to the Occupational health care provider Thursday, September 22, 2016, had to get a breathing treatment and they put me on [REDACTED] 4mg. Next day still having problems and Saturday had to go to the Emergency Room at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. They again gave me a breathing treatment and then Monday Sept. 26th back to the company doctor and he said I now needed to go to a lung specialist and he put me on [REDACTED] 500mg. Been struggleing to breath since living on inhalers to function and go to work each day. Employer aired out building, cleaned offices, cleaned carpets and changed air/furnance filters but still having problems breathing and now coughing up yellow stuff, going to lung doctor at Mercy Specialty Clinic 540 East Jeferson Ste. 301 Iowa City, Iowa on Wednesday, October 5th at 9:45am.
