Hurt, no treatment Made Sep 6, 2012, sent to the company Mar 12, 2013, published by CPSC Mar 26, 2013
The product, in the report: Linen Scented Sachet
Caller purchased Linen sachet August 25th, 2012 and while driving home with the sachet still unopened she began having a very bad headache with an acrid taste in her mouth.
Her daughter said it smelled musky to her.
When caller arrived home she placed the still unopened bag of sachet in one room and went to another, then the acrid taste and headache went away.
She returned to the retailer September 5th, 2012 to return the sachet still unopened but was told that they did not accept clearance items back to store regardless of reason but advised her to contact CPSC. She has not contacted the manufacturer and has no way to contact them since there is no information other than the country of manufacture.
She has had no medical treatment
She picked the sachet back up to look at it while calling report in to hotline then headache and acrid taste in her mouth began returning so she put it back in the other room.
She would like to have the ingredients tested.
