The product, in the report: ESSENZA SCENTED WAX WARMER CUBES INCLUDING CANDLE TO WARM CUBES

My place a scented candle on our kitchen counter, this is one that has a tower with small dish on top and small candle below. After lighting the lower candle and placing a small square of scented wax in the dish above she walked away. A short time later our house smoke alarm started ringing we ran into kitchen to see the top dish of the candle was on fire causing a flame of 2-3 feet high. I tired placing a magazine on the dish to extinguish the flame but did not work, I then ran around the sink side of counter and used a wet dish towel to place the complete tower including candle into sink. When doing this some of the liquid spilled onto my left hand lighting it on fire dropping candle into sink. I think I screamed out and put my in between my legs putting out the flame, but it caused second degree burns on top, bottom, thumb, and pointer finger of my left hand.
