The product, in the report: Mystical Fire Fire crystals

Respondent is reporting that it is dangerous for ingestion of a product named “Mystical Fire” which contains copper salt crystals intended to change the color of a fire. A 6 year old boy inadvertently mistook the packaging for that of [REDACTED], a common candy, and ate the mystical fire crystals leading to copper toxicity. Fortunately, no serious harm or death occurred, but we ask that you help us find a mechanism to work with the manufacturer to change the packaging and labeling to something that is not so enticing to children.
