The product, in the report: BIRDBRAIN Citronella Gel Fuel

My son in law suffered burns which required treatment in a burn center. He was attempting to ignite a citronella gel fuel device and it exploded splattering flaming gel fuel about the area and on his person. The product in question was BIRDBRAIN firepot citronella gel fuel. The device being used was a rectangle shaped container with two small resevoir cups in it. It was purchased at KMart. My daughter filled one resevoir then the other and when my son in law attempted to light it using a match it ignited/erupted and spewed flaming gel fuel!!
