  1. First aid

Made May 27, 2015, sent to the company Jun 10, 2015, published by CPSC Jun 24, 2015

The product, in the report: Cleaning spray to be used after shower.

I am a 56 year old single woman who began using Tilex Fresh Shower in my new shower where I moved a few weeks ago. On Saturday, May 23, 2015, I was showering and put my foot on the seat of the stall shower to shave. When I switched legs, the leg I put down slipped as thought there were oil in the shower and I fell with such force that I gashed my head and have terrible bruises on my arm, hip and leg. I attended a family reunion just after that and my family could not believe the injuries I sustained.

I would like to send you pictures of these injuries. My nephews wife who is a nurse indicated that they stopped using this product for the same reason and, they have had injuries come in for falls like mine.

The next morning I could barely move my neck with the whip lash effects of this nasty fall. My arm remains bruised and sore and my head is scabbed.

This is an extremely dangerous product!
