The product, in the report: Fresh Start 2000 Multi Purpose Cleaner

I purchased Fresh Start 2000 for a traveling salesperson. I was given a brochure and it also labeled on the bottle a very safe product. The product is a concentrate. After mixing the product according to the instructions I used the product OUTSIDE. WIthin minutes my lungs were burning and my face was on fire. My lungs burned for several days after use of the product. I reported the incident to the company demanding a refund. They would not help me in any way.
