The product, in the report: The product is a plastic bottle that has a volume of 92 OZ with citrus scent and the brand name is “9 elements” the bottle is semi-opaque with the big number 9 on its front and a strip with photos of citrus and oranges,to begin with the citrus is not for usage by the human kind. It is written in the front of the bottle that is LAUNDRY DETRGENT(note this needs too be written in bigger letters and it says that it removes stains and it fights odors with the power of Vinegar.UPC BAR CODE # 037 000 85 692 4 ---note that the numbers need to be separate by three also on the back of this bottle it says QUESTIONS? 1--877--267--0514 ( it should also type the words FOR QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL 1-877--0514 and THANK YOU! --all of this must be in a yellow highlighted background and in BIG CAPITAL LETTERS AND NUMBERS IN DARK BOLD BLACK. And they must also provide clearly print the DATE --MONTH --YEAR of the production and the expiration on the product written in the same way too. Also they need to write the entire correct address in the product with the street name ,door number ,or building number too,so far all they write is: Procter and Gamble Cincinnati OH 45202 ..Really?! Why is the address so short, as if these are the presidents of this planet and everyone is supposed to know where they ? These things show zero integrity and zero transparency on their end with the consumers in conducting business and these are all lawsuits by the way...We hope that they will do the necessary improvements to show us that they have integrity in conducting business and to show us that Procter and Gamble cares to do things the way they should be done.THANK YOU!
--I purchased on line at target .com a plastic bottle with laundry detergent 92 OZ it has citrus SCENT indeed it has a very strong perfume in it that made me duration sneeze and nauseated, clealry it gave me a bad allergy .Also they have to to make this laundry detergent more gentle for the skin,my hands got so dry even though I used gloves while I hand washed some of the hand-wash clothes,as per these clothes instructions. I called the customer service tel # on the back of the bottle 1--877--267--0514 ---and the first time I called it was a long wait....This happened on July 8th 2024 time of the phone call at [REDACTED] from my cell phone tel # [REDACTED] wait time 9 minutes and 35 seconds --I had to disconnect due to the fact that I had a million things to do and could not wait for more than 10 minutes for the corrupted Procter and Gamble to respond. I called the next day when I had an opportunity and this time it was only a couple of minutes hold and a female from the corrupted Procter and Gamble answered the phone. Very politely I explained what happened and also asked why was it such a long wait on the phone for us as consumers on the day before ,the lady apologised and while she was hearing the issues with the item the phone call dropped. The corrupted Procter and Gamble corporate does NOT train their customer service to get our phone numbers and call us back when the phone call drops,so I had to call back this time while waiting to speak with someone from Procter and Gamble the phone call on the other end cut me off....DATE OF this incident was JULY 9th 2024 time [REDACTED] duration of the phone call 1 minute and 49 seconds and [REDACTED] wait time 6 minutes and 49 seconds again both times here I called from my cell phone [REDACTED]. I will try to attach those screen shots here..I double check with my cell phone company on July 10th 2024 and they said there was nothing wrong with my line to get any dropped calls,so whatever caused to make the phone calls drop was the other end the CORRUPTED PEOPLE OF THE PROCTER & GABLE ...Most likely the corrupted customer service representatives of Procter and Gamble did not want to take the issues with their products. Who would like to take complaints ?! Yes they would like to get paid for it though..... Clearly it is easy for them to drop our phone calls that tells us that they have zero integrity and care zero for their consumers and they are unprofessional, unethical, and deserve to be reported and sued in courts for their bad manners it is called professional malpractice,it is a law suit in civil courts and much more. Please inspect all the products and all the customer service and much more at the corrupted Proctor and Gamble and do what is needed to be done. Thank you and please notify me by calling at the above mentioned tel# that you have received my complaint!
