Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: The product fog machine liquid that turns into the fog. It’s made by Tillbrook in the United States and comes labeled as “Fog Machine Liquid” in a clear 1 gallon container. The label is orange and purple with white lettering. The UPC # is 835220002714.
I purchased a gallon of Tillbrook branded Fog Machine Liquid from Amazon.com. When I took the container out of the delivery box, I noticed there’s mold floating all over in the clear liquid. The gallon container is made of clear plastic so you can easily see all of the mold. The container is sealed, unopened. There is no expiration date listed on the container either. This poses a respiratory risk as the liquid is used in fog machines. My concern is that there are more bottles with the same issue and it’s not an isolated event.
