Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: potassium dichromate
On July 10 of this year, I reported this product for sale on Amazon, on CPSC report #Report No. [REDACTED].
I just ran across your email confirmation of my report and looked at the Amazon site again. The product is still for sale, still with ZERO safety warnings, as required. I tried reporting to Amazon without success. After 3 tries (supposedly my reviews did not meet their community guidelines, but they did not say which guideline or why), my review was finally posted.
According to other reviews, this material has been sold to individuals who knew nothing of its toxic hazards, and no safety information was or is provided. Being a carcinogen, a teratogen, a mutagen, a respiratory sensitizer, a skin sensitizer, and a strong oxidizer, it is essential that appropriate safety information be provided. Despite several reviews citing the hazards and risks, this company chooses to ignore public safety.
Despite CPSC’s communication to the company on 7/12, the Amazon web page still has no safety information.
