The product, in the report: charcoal
On 07/10/2013 I purchased Stater Bros Brand 3lb bag of Light the bag charcoal for a family vacation. On 07/12/2013 we were on a beach in Lake Havasu getting ready to bbq using the [REDACTED] BBQ pit, I put the entire bag in the pit unopened like the instructions indicated and lit the bag with a long lighter the bag emploded and fire flashed back and burned both of my hands on top of my fingers I ran away from it and a family went over to light the BBQ not realizing how bad I was burned and lit the bag again and the bag againg emploded and flashed back on him.
My concern is that this could potentially happen to others I received 2nd and 3rd degree burns on the tops of my fingers that became infected and was very painful
