I was injured by a product that had inadequate warnings.
I purchased a wood cutting disc for my angle grinder from Amazon. On the webpage on Amazon (where I purchased it) and on the box, there was no warning about extreme kickback.
When I went to use the product as advertised, it caused my angle grinder to kickback, flying out of my hands despite my firm grip, slicing my arm badly enough that I almost needed a tourniquet, and later at the hospital, 7 stitches. I’m concerned about the potential this product has to severely injure (or even kill) someone else due to lack of warnings on the webpage and the box that it came in.
