The product, in the report: Milwaukee 4 1/2” sander grinder
I own a milwaukee 4 1/2 sander grinder Cat. number 6148. Last week on May 22 in the late morning, I was cutting a concrete tile, I had finished the cut and when I set the grinder down, the switch stuck, not really sure what happened then, if the grinder hit a piece of the tile or the ground, it kicked back striking me in the right knee, causing a very deep laceration. I went to the emergency room, received several sutures and medication for pain and infection. I have been off work since and still in a lot of pain. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
