The product, in the report: Carbon steel brushes used in Dremel tool
The wire wheels used in Dremel tools come apart when in use. The little wires fly out of the tool. I have noticed this several times and wear safety glasses. You can feel them hitting you as you use the tool. Very unsafe item.
