twice a cutting blade bought at Harbor Freight “Hercules Ultra Performance NA24-C10 or HA24-C10” shreds. The 1st incident was in Nov 2018 which when it shredded it ripped open my husbands finger breaking it and ripping the tendon will not have full use again. Today using a new cutter the blade shredded again cutting his wrist along with another tendon. We are waiting on surgery
