The product, in the report: HYD Metal Cutting Band Saw. Made by Central Machinery. Sold by Harbor Freight Tools Inc. Shipping weight 360 lbs.

I purchased a Metal Cutting Band Saw ( product #62875 ) at Harbor Freight Tools Inc. A Harbor Freight employee loaded the saw into my trailer with a forklift. I attempted to move the saw further into the trailer by grabbing onto the top with my hands. My right hand was immediately cut into from the top corner of the box. The saw had a very crudely constructed cut, welded, angle iron steel frame work around it with extremely sharp corners. The outside of the product had no injury protection, warnings, or cautionary notices. I immediately informed the employee I was injured and he replied, “ I hope you had your tetanus shot.” On March 1st 2023 I needed orthopedic surgery on my right hand due to pain.
