The product, in the report: Ryobi 18V ONE+ 4-Gallon Backpack Sprayer
During normal operation within manufacturer specifications, the pressurized fluid line on the Ryobi 4-Gallon Backpack Sprayer catastrophically snapped at the connection point. This mechanical failure caused a high-pressure expulsion of a toxic herbicide (2,4-D), resulting in direct bodily chemical exposure, skin irritation, and the complete destruction of heavy-duty workwear. This represents a severe failure of a pressurized vessel handling hazardous chemicals
