I was in Chicago Illinois in Villa Park doing a project when this incident happened’
I want to make a report to the health and safety Authority Of an incident that I had on May 10th 2024 with a pressure washer Karcher machine The tire of these pressure washers are very unsafe they are made of very cheap material with one plate that when they blow the plate goes flying on that day I was checking out the tire and filling it up with some air when it exploded and the rim plate went flying and injured my finger having stitches and injuring my nerve that I cannot close my finger anymore thank you.
