The product, in the report: Husqvarna PW 2300 Electric Pressure Washer
I was using a fairly new pressure washer. It was an electric one from Costco. I had only used it about five times, so it was pretty new. While I was pressure washing my driveway yesterday, suddenly a tiny hole appeared on the hose that goes from the pressure washer to the wand. High-pressure water started shooting out from the hole in the hose and then the hose started bouncing around like crazy. I then grabbed the hose, and when I did the water that was coming out from the tiny hole at full pressure sliced my hand open. It felt like my hand was being cut by a laser cutter. I wanted to report this because I believe theres an issue with the hose on this unit. Ive treated this pressure washer gingerly and theres no reason that this hose should fail after five uses. Further because of the pressure that the tiny pinhole leak is producing it is very dangerous, I believe. I was lucky it only sliced my hand, but it certainly couldve done more damage.

Husqvarna pressure washer PW3300 model 022009 from J.D. North America Corp. There is a touch control knob to adjust water pressure on top of the water pump. This a unit that is 2 months old and only used twice. Water started to leak out of the top went over to adjust knob and knob shot up and almost hit me in the head. This knob from what I can tell is a spring compressed down. Currently unit is being repaired by a small engine shop. There is no warning about this and not sure but would assume a possible defect in material or the assemble of this pressure washer. Potential head injury due to a person could be adjusted the control knob and would be bent towards the pressure washer. Just wanted to note in case more people also claim issues.

The product, in the report: Husqvarna 4-Gallon Plastic Tank Sprayer with Shoulder Strap
I recently purchased a Husqvarna 4-Gallon Plastic Tank Sprayer with Shoulder Strap from Lowes.
I was using the product to spray chlorine to clean driveway pavers when the sprayer was not releasing the spray. I took the backpack off to look inside the container to see if an internal hose had become disconnected. After opening the top I saw a cylinder and used my index finger to move it to the side so I could see the bottom of the container and it exploded and the liquid flew up into my face and eyes. I immediately rinsed my eyes and went to an eye doctor. The next morning I looked at the device and the construction inside is the cylinder fits into a pipe with flanges and when I touched the cylinder it moved the cylinder and unlocked it from the twist connection and released the pump pressure which made the chemical shoot out.I reported this to Husqvarna and their response was to call and they CLOSED the incident as SOLVED, that is why I am reporting this now.
There is no permanent damage to my eyes and gthey will heal but someone else may not be as lucky. I returned the produt to Lowes and explained why, they did not care either.
