The product, in the report: greenwood 2 gal yard sprayer sold by Harbor Freight

I purchased a Greenwood 2 gallon sprayer at Harbor Freight. The unit was new and had never been used. I was spraying for ticks at my property in NW Arkansas. I had the sprayer nearly pressurized when the bottom of the tank split. The sudden release of the liquid forced the tank upwards with incredible force. With my hand still in the pump handle, it knocked out a front tooth and drove it through my upper lip and I found it lodged inside the wall of my right nostril. My face was bruised, my right eye was swollen and bloody and teeth ripped open my right arm. I was unable to drive our of the woods until the next day where I was treated and released from the local hospital. To this day, I am blind in my right eye. I see blurred images most of the time but other times see only color, usually brown.
