The product, in the report: Costco Simpson Premium Power Washer
I was using the Power Washer to clean my deck. While using a back and forth sweeping motion with the washer wand the hose at the coupling connecter detached from the coupling and shot up hitting my face and shot around until I was able to shutdown the unit after about 15 seconds.. The hose had torn loose from the inside of the coupling. Normal pressure and no stress were on the line when this occurred.
