The product, in the report: small portable unit to mist water into the airplastic bottle witha pump in the bottom

purchased this product at Target Air Mister 1 piece 02/28/2012 on Wed 03/28/2012 I took the product out of the box to use it. Put the water in it and pumped it up in the house and nothing misted out of the unit to mist for cooling pumped it some more still nothing came out of it. Then I took it outside and pumped it up again did not work again. I set it down beside me on the chair and 5 min later there was a loud explosion beside me and the unit separated form the bottom and shot across the yard approx 100ft. Luckily it did not hit any of the children playing in the yard if it had hit one an injury would have occurred. this is the DCPI#234-23-0241 upc4895147982861 Ankyo Development Ltd I have went to Target about it and they temporarily removed it from the shelf but it won’t stop it from being put back on the shelf.
