The product, in the report: This was a battery pack that cans be charged and then used to jump start a vehicle, charge electronic devices, and also used as a flashlight. The box was white and I am unsure of the exact deminsions.
We were using one of the battery packs. It is labeled as Zeta by Jacko. The pack was charging when I noticed a strong, chemical odor coming from it. I went to unplug the pack and the area was hot. When I went to unplug the pack, I noticed the battery pack was split open. We stayed away from it in order to let it cool down. Within a few minutes of unplugging the pack, it exploded and bursted into flames. It popped and shot flames out several times. When we were able to put out the fire and had the local fire department bring out the battery pack and clear the smoke, we noticed that some battery acid had gotten on our cabinets and walls and the cabinet lights were damaged and had melted. We purchased several a while back but we just opened the first one today. This pack was brand new, straight out of the box.
