The product, in the report: Costco item 1253313 Jump Kit, Lithium batteries are very swollen. Potential fire hazard.

I purchased from Costco a Type S Jump Starter and portable power bank. Article #1254413 Costco item 1253313. I used it once, and placed it in a corner of my living room to have the flashlight accessible. I was cleaning up and noticed the covers had popped apart. The lithium batteries were swollen (quite a bit) and separated the covers. Costco wanted the cables back so they would not take it when I attempted to return it to them, although I told them it was a fire hazard. I located the missing parts and made a second trip to bring it back.
