The product, in the report: SunVault Battery system from SunPower
I have a SunVault Battery from SunPower which was over-heating, smoking, and had a burning smell. I had to turn it off and have the fire department come out. The company, SunPower, could not find the root cause. According to the fire department, this battery was a huge fire risk and could have burned my house down. The only reason it didn’t was that I turned it off.
