Upon receiving the product I opened the box and then I started playing with it to make sure it functions properly. None of the power functions seemed to be working and when I plugged in the power bank to charge it, the product shocked me as I was plugging it in and then the battery started expanding. Upon contacting Amazon they said that they will refund me for it however it seems like this is an ongoing issue.
