The product, in the report: 50 watt hour rechargeable battery pack

On or around April 15, 2013, I left my Sherpa 50 Adventure Kit charging while I went to work. When I returned home the same day around 4pm, the immediately smelled burned wire. I proceeded to look around my entire house and found that the Sherpa 50 had partially melted and inflated. I immediately disconnected the unit, which has super hot and could not be touched with he bare hand. I allowed for the unit to cool but saw that it no longer held a charge and was melted beyond functioning
