Product Model number - KT-DO13, Brand- Poduro, Manufacturer - Shenzen Zhilianxintong Electronics Co., ltd. Product name 10,000mAh magnetic wireless power bank Sold on Amazon on June 6, 2023. I do not use often but when I do, charger device gets very hot when charging and recharging, incident with bulging battery that broke case I noticed around 4-25-2025. This device also has weird ticking noise when charging that I noticed before the bulging battery, now after I hear the battery ticking without the device charging. After inspecting writing this report taking pictures, and being able to investigate internal components, I noticed ticking noise is coming from wireless charging ring.
