The product, in the report: Customized Power Bank charging unit. These devices are used to quick-charge cell phones or other types of tablets after being charged itself.

My college Admissions office purchased ~ 500 portable customized power bank charging units which are typcially used to quick charge a cell phone or other type of tablet as “give-aways” for our open houses. The units are marked with the college name. Approximately 40 units were distributed on April 7, 2017 to prospective students. On Friday April 14th, our admissions office received an E-mail from one of these students indicating that the device had been charged and then ignited. I have requested this device back from this prospective student and sent her a SASE in which to return it, but have not yet received it back. I contacted the distributor from whom these units were purchased and she provided the importer information to me.
