The product, in the report: Insignia NS-MB12002 battery pack, 12000 mA-h
I bought an Insignia NS-MB12002 battery pack sometime between 2018 and 2023 to replace a similar item that was lost. When I found my older battery pack, I gave the Insignia one to my husband. He had it in his computer backpack while travelling and going to and from work every day. Last week, he saw that the battery pack had expanded and broken. The three internal packets had expanded, and they pushed open and broke the outer black case on the product.
