The product, in the report: Im writing to report a serious safety issue with a Gortheous 30,000mAh solar power bank
Hello,
Im writing to report a serious safety issue with a Gortheous 30,000mAh solar power bank I purchased.
The devices battery has swollen significantly and the solar panel has come loose from the housing, making it unsafe to handle or charge. Im concerned this product could pose a fire or explosion risk to others, especially if left in the sun or near flammable materials.
I no longer have the packaging, but the product is still in my possession. I can provide photos of the damage if needed.
Please advise on how to properly report this issue and receive a refund, replacement, or further instructions on safe disposal.
