The product, in the report: Model :nrgpak 10000 Powerbank Color: Black/rose gold

I recently discovered that my power bank had a severely swollen battery, which caused the internal battery to push apart the casing. I had not used or charged the power bank for quite a while, but when I was looking for it, I noticed that the casing had separated due to battery expansion.

This type of failure raises serious safety concerns, as swollen lithium-ion batteries can lead to fire, explosion, or leakage if they continue to degrade. The fact that this occurred while the device was not in use or charging suggests a potential issue with battery stability over time.

Given the risks associated with lithium-ion battery failures, this issue should be reviewed to determine whether similar incidents have been reported and if further investigation, safety warnings, or corrective actions are necessary.
