The product, in the report: Zeta By Jackco Pocket Jump Starter and USB Charger
I got out my Zeta by Jackco Pocket Charger to Charge my cell phone. The battery was swollen and had actually broken the case in two pieces. I contacted the manufacturer, with photos, and got no response. A newer model does have a recall as battery could swell and be a fire hazard. This is shotty workmanship and Customer Service
