USB charger started to melt outside and burn inside.
Noticed phone was not charging in early morning. Checked to see if the charger was plugged in and found it was extremely hot. Immediately unplugged and noticed it actually started to melt on one side. Smelled like burning electronics.
Took it apart later that day and found scorch marks inside. The PCB was burned brown in one area. Solder melted and dripped on the side opposite the burn marks.
