The product, in the report: Ubio Labs power bank model #253685 Battery and docking station [Charger/Docking Station]
I purchased a Ubio Labs 2016 model #253685 battery and docking station from Costco and it caught on fire yesterday. I called Ubio Labs and they told me there was not a recall on the item and this is the “first” experience with this problem. [REDACTED] ( supple manager) tried to diagnose over the phone stating it was a docking issue and not a battery, regardless, it caught on fire.
