The product, in the report: 3.7 V 10,000 ma power bank
I purchased 3 portable power banks made by Tzumi in March of 2024. All three power banks have swollen up, and the battery in one has swollen so much that it burst open the plastic case. I contacted Tzumi to make a complaint and there reply was to dispose of the batteries, and since these were beyond the one year warranty period there would be no compensation for the defective items. I was the user of these products in my home. There were no injuries due to these defective items. I think the products from this company should be investigated to determine if they are selling dangerous devices. All 3 items have the same model number and serial number: Model Number 7526, Serial Number FS22147526.
