I am writing to report a serious safety issue with a Tozo PB2 PD Fast power bank I purchased from Amazon.
I recently observed a significant bulge in the unit that has caused the outer case to break. Due to the risk of the device exploding, I have stopped using it immediately.
Could you please advise if there are any active recalls for this product? Additionally, I would like to request information on how to obtain a refund.
I look forward to your prompt response regarding this safety concern.
