The product, in the report: Toshiba satellite U400 PSU4OU-09RO3J laptop adapter cord
sparked a fire in my home and when I tried to remove cord I was shocked trying to remove cord from the back of the laptop. The cord melted part of the back of the computer as well as the wires exposed on removal. Fingers were burned on right hand, and table burned.
