The product, in the report: Tech Squared Nano Juice 10K mAh Portable Charger , w/Qualcomm Quick Charger Pink and Gray (2pk). Item #980256298
My wife had been charging a Tech Squared Nano Juice 10K mAh Portable Charger, while we were out running errands. We had been gone about three hours, 5 min after we returned home the Portable Charger exploded and caught on fire, I was able to extinguish the fire with a fire extinguisher, but not before there was damage to the window and floor. I immediately contacted Sam’s Club and told them what had happened, they informed me to come to the store and file a complaint. I did so and received a call back from the Walmart Corporate office a few days later. They opened a claim, but now nobody is responding to my emails
