The product, in the report: White, 40 Watt, GAN, Spigen USB C phone charger with two ports. Model PE2013UJ
I had a Spigen USB charger plugged into an outlet. It filled my house with chemical fumes. The charger had burned away the plastic and had internal electrical components exposed. There would have been a fire had I not been home, and could have been electrocuted if I had accidentally touched the exposed metal.
