The product, in the report: ROMOSS 40000 power bank purchased via amazon 2 years ago
Defective Chinese Power Back. Nearly caused home fire. Needs recall immediately. The RoMoss 40000 power bank swelled like a loaf of bread and the batteries actually burst through the plastic case. This happened while simply sitting on a kitchen counter top. The unit was not plugged in and nothing was plugged into it. This is the exact same issue that caused the [REDACTED] power bank recall. The lithium batteries in this device are clearly dangerous and defective and will soon lead to fires and death if not recalled. I have photos and video of the damage.
